Wendi is an accomplished compliance professional and civil rights attorney.

Before joining London & Naor, Wendi served in leadership roles for the University of California, Davis, for more than 20 years. For the vast majority of her time with UC Davis, Wendi served as Chief Compliance Officer. In her other roles at UC Davis, she developed expertise in labor and employee relations and research compliance.

Wendi has extensive experience managing and conducting investigations involving a wide variety of civil rights, employment, and higher education law including sexual harassment, other forms of discrimination and harassment, disability accommodations, police accountability, conflicts of interest, whistleblower, whistleblower retaliation, and research misconduct. She also has deep experience responding to complaints filed with state and federal agencies including the California Civil Rights Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office for Civil Rights, and Department of Justice. Having served as a client herself, Wendi understands that clients need timely, thorough, and objective investigations and responses to government reviews.

In addition to her investigations experience, Wendi has developed, implemented, and managed compliance programs including, but not limited to, programs that ensure compliance with Title IX and Title VI in higher education.

Prior to her work at UC Davis, Wendi worked for law firms including Perkins Coie (now Ashurst Perkins Coie) and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton LLP, where she litigated employment matters and advised clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
