Zane represents clients in complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining London & Naor, Zane was an associate at Dechert LLP, where he represented clients in civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and white collar matters. He represented plaintiffs and defendants in partnership disputes and other high-stakes commercial litigation, defended securities class actions, and advised defendants and nonparties in government investigations and enforcement actions. At Dechert, he developed case strategy focused on early resolution, drafted dispositive motions resulting in dismissals, and secured favorable settlements. Zane has advised clients in the financial services, retail, and media industries, with substantial experience representing technology companies and their founders, executives, and investors. He also advised fund clients on regulatory compliance matters and businesses on issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Zane has maintained an active pro bono practice representing plaintiffs in cases involving voting rights and First Amendment issues.

Zane is a member of the Northern District of California Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
